So many of us, both men and women, suffer from the dreaded “bye bye syndrome”.

This is when you wave goodbye and your arms sort of take on a life of their own by continuing to flap for a short time after you’ve stopped waving.

The problem is due to poor muscle tone in the back of the upper arm, also known as the triceps.  The front of the upper arm (biceps) may need work as well.  The prescription for these troublesome flabby arms is the dynamic duo of exercises that will effectively work both the triceps and the biceps - the hammer curl and the tricep kickback. Do 3 sets of 12 reps for each of these exercises every other day and you will have toned, sexy arms in no time.repsfbxcontinuous

You must do them in succession though: 12 kickbacks then 12 hammer curls, (rest no more than 60 seconds), 12 more kickbacks and 12 more hammer curls, (rest no more than 60 seconds), then the last 12 kickbacks and the last 12 hammer curls.
