Nice Article! I forwarded to my girlfriend. She comes home everyday with stress levels that are through the roof…and does nothing to release it. In the last 3 months, she’s started to get pudgier around the waist. I don’t see her eating a lot of fatty foods, but i suspect the stress thing may be the cause. she doesn’t exercise at all.
