This menu is from the “Calorie Shifting Diet Plan”.  Cutting out meat is one of the quickest ways to lose weight.  However, if you are not truly passionate about maintaining a meat-free way of eating, you may struggle to keep the weight off as you add back the animal protein.

Five Day Sample of a Vegetarian Diet Menu

Day 1

meal one: Cashews, Baked Beans, Peaches
meal two: Peanuts, Cottage Cheese
meal three: Soy Milk, Garbanzo Beans, Apples
meal four: Soy Chicken (meat substitute), Slices of Cheese, Eggplant

Day 2
meal one: Fresh fruit (ANY combination of oranges, pears, apples, grapes,
peaches, plums, strawberries, kiwis, or grapefruit)repsfbxcontinuous
meal two: Fresh fruit (ANY combination of oranges, pears, apples, grapes,
peaches, plums, strawberries, kiwis, or grapefruit)
meal three: Fresh fruit (ANY combination of oranges, pears, apples, grapes,
peaches, plums, strawberries, kiwis, or grapefruit)
meal four: Fresh fruit (ANY combination of oranges, pears, apples, grapes,
peaches, plums, strawberries, kiwis, or grapefruit)

Day 3
meal one: Almonds, Pinto Beans
meal two: Cashews, Baked Beans
meal three: Peanuts, Cottage Cheese, Lentis
meal four: Soy Milk, Garbanzo Beans

Day 4
meal one: Soy Chicken (meat substitute), Slices of Cheese
meal two: Almonds, Pinto Beans, Grapes
meal three: Cashews, Baked Beans
meal four: Peanuts, Cottage Cheese

Day 5
meal one: Soy Milk, Garbanzo Beans
meal two: Oatmeal, Strawberries
meal three: Soy Chicken (meat substitute), Slices of Cheese
meal four: Almonds, Pinto Beans
